Yesterday, I spent the day with a fabulously rambunctious 4-year-old boy. He’s curious and fearless, joyful and loving, playful and spontaneous, but most of all, he is present in every moment whether…
he’s pretending the dog’s leash is a lasso…
… or playing a game.
He’ll flash you a silly smile before…
…charging outside to play in the sun,
in his imagination,
on a swing.
And, with every step along the way, he’ll remind you life isn’t so serious you can’t make time for some fun.
It’s Friday, folks, go have some fun!
I love spending time with little people.

They make the sun shine brighter and the air a little fresher, don’t they.

We will! And, I LOVE that huge swing! (Would even work for my rear-end, I think!) XOXO-Kasey

Kasey, My husband designed and built the swingset. He even made the swing seats out of old tires to accommodate my rear! LOL

Thanks for the reminder. Off to look at Chris Hemsworth with Thor’s hammer. Sigh.

Yes, they really are. I learn so much more from them than I’m sure I teach. Shhhh…

Today I’m going to play with that enthusiasm. Even if it’s just for a minute or two! Thanks for the beautiful reminder.
